Fantastic Stay! Great Location and Amenities!

I especially enjoyed the onsen. It was a very relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. The hotel offered special events, such as a Geisha performance. The staff was very helpful and friendly, a great asset to this hotel.
The room cleaning service was only performed every three days, a little less frequent than I would have preferred.

The location is superb. It is close to many metro stations, an undeniable convenience. The area has a very pleasant atmosphere, a treat for walking and exploring nearby attractions. The hotel's situation offers excellent connectivity to essential sites.

the hotel location was good near pontocho i easily walked to nishiki market and gion the bathroom had good amenities i could easily walk to metro subways and bus stops
the room cleaning occurred every three days leaving a bag of towels water and coffee outside the door

The restaurant had a nice variety of food options. I really appreciated that I could check in early at 1pm. The official check-in time was 3pm.

rooms were very tidy. i liked the reduced cleaning schedule to lessen the environmental impact. it was super to have the onsen (a relaxing experience!). there was also a wonderful breakfast variety offered daily.
I was initially given a room on the fourth floor. The windows were locked and frosted.
